Portfolio Marketing Manager - Retail and Leisure

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Marketing Manager to work within an established and successful team of a leading retail and leisure business, based near Wilmslow in Cheshire, initially on a 12 month contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you role will be implement the marketing plans and day-to-day activities for your centre. This will involve day-to-day liaison with centre management, as well as external marketing agencies and suppliers to deliver advertising, web, media, PR, corporate design, CRM, and research. Your role will be to deliver creative campaigns and promotions, an effective events programme, co-ordinated PR including photo shoots, and all relevant marketing collateral for the centre. You will also be managing media schedules to ensure the activities have been briefed in and deadlines are met. Digital strategy will be a key element, supported by a Marketing Executive to assist with content creation and management across all platforms and digital media, including social media.

The role requires an autonomous, deadline driven marketer, with proven experience within, or with retail / leisure destination environments. Your experience will encompass the full marketing mix, combining both traditional and digital marketing.

Initially a 12 month contract, with the expected growth of the business over the coming year there is the potential that this role will be able to be offered on a permanent basis at some point during the contract period.
