Portfolio Manager

Our client is a highly successful and leading member of the UK Power and Energy Supply sector.

They're seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager with particular expertise around Commercial Property Management.

The role will focus on ensuring that policies are adhered to by third parties and that relevant SLA's/KPI's are in place, you will essentially be managing the relationship with the third party overseeing how well they're performing against the criteria set out.

Key Skills:

*Property Management and facilities management experience
*Have a regard for Health and safety and be process driven around this - possibly had some involvement in a lean process management within a Property environment
*Problem solving and commitment to drive change
*Income and expenditure management
*Ability to identify risks and implement relevant processes to alleviate them.
*Drive contract performance
*Ability to complete this piece of work in a defined timeline
