A Portal Expert (ARIS) urgently required for interesting contract in Amsterdam
6 month rolling contract based in Amsterdam

The Portal Expert (ARIS) will be Responsible for the following:

* The Portal Expert ensures the functional day-to-day support, administration and maintenance of ARIS.
* The main responsibility is to solve this issues and advice on sustainable solution.
* The Portal Expert gives proactive advice on using ARIS functionalities to support the reference framework.

The Portal Expert (ARIS) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

* Maintenance (add/delete) of users into the various ARIS databases
* Maintains users and user groups
* Establishes groups and maintains user privileges for the group

Other Skills

* IT background preferred
* ITSM Processes
* Basic knowledge of Scripting languages
* Knowledge and experience of Agile way of work (Agile scrum)
* Deep knowledge of Reference Framework
* Experience as administrator of ARIS (Connect)

Soft Skills

* Methodological and structured, pays attention to details
* Result oriented, able to set the right priorities and respect deadlines
* A team player, able to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and root cause analysis skills
* Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
* Passion about continuous improvement and the appropriate implementation of best practices
