Polymer Chemist

Kelly Scientific is actively recruiting for a Polymer Chemist for an exciting opportunity with a leading chemical company in the orange county area. Responsibilities:

- Development of new formulations that meet the technical performance, physical application needs and cost constraints of their customers.
- Technical report writing, technical support of sales team

Resolving customer application issues in a timely and professional manner - Scaling up products from the lab onto industrial equipment
- Supporting and improving the health and safety of both the products and the operating standards for the benefit of their customers, employees and the wider environment
- Field testing of new formulations on industrial sites for which some travel will be required
- Development of testing protocols and guiding products through approval testing with certification bodies
- Continuous improvement in both our business and production processes to effect better quality in our products and our ability to serve customers.
