PMO with Profound CA PPM and JIRA Knowledge

PMO with profound CA PPM and JIRA knowledge - wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- At least 5 years' experience working as a Project Officer within a big bank
- Expertise in financial budgeting/reporting/controlling and routine in supporting complex projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CA PPM, knowledge in JIRA is a big plus
- Excellent administrative skills with independent working routine
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Supporting the department in financial budgeting/controlling
- Assisting on ITO/contractual aspects as well as creating JIRA and Management Reporting
- Being responsible for resource acquisition processes and logistics
- Taking part in organizational supporting tasks
