PMO Tools Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the resources industry with operations in over 25 countries. They are currently seeking an experienced PMO Tools Analyst to join their team on a Full time 12 month contract. The position will be located within their corporate offices in the Perth CBD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinates and administers the delivery of the regular IM&T status and reports to deadlines
- Updates the regular data updates of corporate tools
- Works with internal IM&T stakeholders to collect, input, facilitate and complete their status reports
- Identify, highlight and facilitate the resolution of any discrepancies, gaps or conflicts between status reports, risk, issue, change control and stakeholder management tools with a focus on the project management aspects
- Works in Excel, Access and Sharepoint to improve status reporting tools
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the PMO tools
- Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with program managers, project managers and external stakeholders
- Train new staff on the use of the IM&T PMO tools
- Supports other PMO responsibilities including assurance, IM&T specific Onboarding, Governance Coordination and Information Risk Management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint lists
- Must have a practical knowledge of Project Management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork
- Professional or educational qualification in a communication discipline highly regarded
