One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a PMO support Product Transfer
Start: ASAP
Length: min 6 months
Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Specialist, Network Planning, PMO support Product Transfer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Network Planning, Product Transfer Project Director in:
- Providing comprehensive project management support to the Product transfer team and GIO management
- Driving execution, coordinates and tracks progress on plans against agreed milestones.
- Ensuring alignment and support to the team to facilitate that deviations from plans and any other issues are proactively identified in due time, that options are evaluated and optimal solutions implemented.
- Consolidating and following-up, for all new capacities deployments and network changes, integrated plans aimed at providing visibility on IOLT network strategy deployment timelines.
- Sharing reporting within the department to support 5-years plan and product teams for APO P2B maintenance.
PREREQUISITES
Education:
-Supply Chain
-Logistics
-Economics
-Manufactuiring
Knowledge:
-Person with a previous experience in supply chain/ pharmaceutical industry
-English / French
-Good knowledge of Excel
-Ability to master complexity
-Ability to work cross boudaries
-Ascertivity, abilty to convince
-Sense of contact & communication
-Ability to wok under stress
Experience:
-Min 3 years experience
