IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Main contact person in global contract management support team
-Operative management and coordination of the global contract management support team
-Create and update training material in order to ensure professional user training
-Attend meetings to take minutes, collect information and prepare correspondence for participants
-Maintain and update websites that are related to the project
-Act as a liaison between all involved project members as well as operative users of the contract management system
-Track and prepare periodic project activities like project cost reporting and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
-Ensure compliance to standards like project management office (PMO)
