Skills
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel along with Clarity PPM Tool kit
Experience of maintaining detailed plans across the multiple work areas/packages and supporting multiple projects
Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines including change management, RiskEnglish in writing and oral is a must and German writing and orally will be a strong asset.
Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate (PMO Support Officer) to work in a large portfolio within the IT sector of a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland.
The key skills and responsibilities of the PMO Support Officer are as follows:
You will have a sound knowledge of Clarity PPM tool kit
You are able to manipulate data from Clarity into MS Excel
A proficient user of MS Excel and able to use v-look ups and pivot tables confidently
Experienced in Change management principles
Facilitate and manage IT Change Advisory Board (IT CAB) by receiving request for change (RFC) and presenting them in the meeting
Prepare packs for Project Phase Review (PPR) & Project Review Board (PRB) by using MS PowerPoint
You must have good knowledge of document control and a good user of SharePoint
You must have good working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
You have conducted and executed Exit Reviews/Stage Gates using SDLC Methodology
Provide support for Project Managers on Portfolio Governance & Control
Provide Weekly Status Report to senior management
Proficient user of Microsoft Project 2010 and able to develop project plans from new
Experience in writing and distributing minutes
Ad hoc requests from Senior Management
