PMO Planner

This Bank is working on an exciting portfolio of Online projects, spanning mobile apps and browser solutions for their 30M+ customers.

They are seeking a PMO team member who is a: Quick learner, highly energetic PMO team member with a real can do-attitude, with an overall attention to detail, with specific PMO experience on large scale projects:
1. Facilitate and support robust Project Planning using MSP
2. Assist Resource Forecast Updates for various Projects across Digital Banking
3. Develop Excel based PMO Tools to improve operational efficiency
4. Support Assurance activities across Programme

The Digital Propositions Programme is looking for a quick learner, highly energetic PMO team member with a real can do-attitude, with an overall attention to detail, with specific PMO experience on large scale projects:
Planning & Tracking Schedule
1. Advanced Planning skills - understanding of Critical Path, the different types of task constraints (SS, SF, FS,FF)
2. Advanced Excel - Use/creation of Macros, VLookups (SUM Ifs)
3. Experience of Resource Management - Forecasting
4. Good with putting together presentations
5. Energetic and able to work under pressure
