NextLink Solutions need to hire a PMO for a crucial and very complex project, where all your skills will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after pharmaceutical company in Belgium.

PMO JOB DESCRIPTION:

- We are looking for some between 3-5 years experience in PMO position.
- Capture business needs from stakeholders (Vaccines Project Managers/PMs of streams/Vaccines Development Leaders/Vaccines Commercial Leaders, Study Delivery Managers, Risk & Performance and Capacity & resources managers, Portfolio managers, Governing Bodies, Finances), and manage projects for the development and implementation of optimal PM methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams to capture, integrate and streamline all business needs
- Document business needs and liaise with IT department for the development and implementation of relevant systems. Lead joint IT/PMO team to ensure development of adequate IT solution. Track progress in systems' development, pro-actively assess trends to insure problems are addressed through proposing, coordinating and facilitating implementation of solutions
- Develop & provide training and support to Vaccine Project Managers (VPMs), Study Delivery Managers in applying PM methodologies & using PM systems, to ensure quality and robustness of project information and to help leveraging the PM function
- Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies and liaise with IT department for systems'improvements (perform lessons learned exercises, develop improved processes and systems)
