PMO - OSLO, NORWAY - ENGLISH SPEAKING - 4 MONTHS + EXTENSIONS

One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a PMO

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support IT and business management in day-to-day project management, including:
o Overall Project Plan tracking on an operational level
o Tracking of Project Action Items
o Risk management
o Resource management
Scheduling of key stakeholder meetings, preparation of relevant documentation and publishing the minutes
Financial reporting and analysis of project spend vs approved CapEx proposal
Maintain the overall business case and cost-estimates for the program
Facilitate and support problem-solving of key program level issues
Presenting the progress and performance of the Project
Creation of Regular Reports on Project progress

DESCRIPTION OF MANDATORY FIELDS

Experience in relevant roles (eg management consulting, project management)
Controlling experience will be an asset
Experience from large-scale corporate improvement and change projects
Excellent academic and professional performance
Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to challenge established practices and processes when required
Pro-active and hands-on attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
