PMO Officer - Project Management Office job in Brussels

Our client is a relatively new challenger in their market and as such is undergoing constant change as they seek to improve their position. This role is part of the evaluation of their required changes in Demand Management, PMO and Project Delivery.

As PMO, you are the point of contact for everything concerning project methodology, the roadmap and the delivery milestones, with the goal of improving the success of projects.

In order to be considered, you'll need to speak Dutch, English and French (at least two with a good understanding of the third will do). Applicants require long experience in project and PMO environments, working to either PMBOK or Prince2 standards. The key to the role is to have demonstrable skills in project planning and reporting.

The job involves managing the project portfolio, creating and maintaining the roadmap, ensuring a complete view of the scope, budget and timing of project is held, capacity planning and facilitation of IT committees. You will be responsible for guidance and governance, making sure the methodology is adhered to and that the project managers all know what is going on with each project. You also look after stakeholders and support decision making.
