PMO Officer and Global Rollout Coordinator

On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a PMO officer and Global rollout coordinator for a 4-5 months contract with possibility of monthly extension in Basel, Kaiseraugst Switzerland.
- You are responsible for
- Supporting global PM
- Coordinating Riverbed WAN acc device deployment activities ~ 200 sites globally
- Coordinating with finance for funding
- Ensuring all quotations/POs/invoices are properly handled
- Owning the communication channel with sites (responsible for project generic email box)
- Providing deployment status report to Global PM (dashboard)
- Working closely with vendor PM for coordination of deliveries
- Following up on local and global invoices from vendor, and update/review financial systems (Perform)

Requirements

- University Degree or equivalent education ( Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)
- Experience in supporting and coordinating global deployments/logistics operations in a Global environment is plus
- Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
- 2-3 years of global project related experience plus
- Has work permit in Switzerland
- Experience working with Global Virtual teams
- Project or Project Stream Management experience is a plus
- Former Roche Experience is plus
- Very good English language skills, additional languages are an asset
