PMO/OCM LEAD (DENMARK)- 2 MONTH CONTRACT
Our client needs an English speaking PMO to be based at their offices in Denmark on a 2 month contract with possible extension.
THE UPGRADE WOULD LIKE TO HIRE A PMO WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING (PRIORITISED):
- Running project management office
- Organisational Change Management
- Ad-hoc project management support
It is expected that the PMO can conduct the stakeholder mapping activities in the initial phase of a project; identifying senior key stakeholders as well as the key super users and departments based on which a communication plan has to evolve. The track should support the mobilisation of a sound StC and produce the material used to take the initial principal discussions about the direction; this includes presentations to the relevant IT Committees. Further the Business Analyst should manage the cost side of the project, including facilitating budgeting.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Communication plan
- Presentations to StC, BA ITC and ITC
- Cost and budget control
- G2 budgeting
- Project meetings management, incl. MoM etc.
