PMO MANAGER - CORPORATE PENSIONS - EDINBURGH - £413 PER DAY

A leading retail bank in Edinburgh requires a PMO Manager to join a large business change programme within Corporate Pensions.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Set-up of a new function within the Operations team to manage change within the operation effectively and in a controlled manner. The corporate pensions area has been through a significant period of change both regulatory and operational transformation change and it is vital that the correct framework is in place to successfully manage the level of change that continues to impact the area.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Experience working in a major Change programme. Deputise for the business lead for change in programme steering groups/governance forums/business approval for requirements/business readiness
- Lead a team of 4
- Design and implementation of a framework for managing and controlling change across the operation and deliver a cultural change programme to ensure it is Embedded at all levels of the division
- Lead and administer the change control governance routines
- Manage the knowledge bank tool to ensure all processes are cascaded and Embedded

OPERATION

- Manage ad-hoc operational business change initiatives

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Knowledge of change delivery principles and processes
- Experience leading business and cultural change
- Previous experience of leading a team

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Corporate Pensions experience

Previous implementation of change control in an operational environment
