A brilliant opportunity for you to be part of a team ensuring the delivery of PMO Services through project/programme life-cycles during a large scale change and transformation programme.

THE ROLE:

- PMO Manager
- £40,000-£50,000 per year
- Bath
- 9 months maternity cover

Throughout this process, you will be held accountable for duration, quality and cost of those projects, ensuring best practices are met through efficient exercise of methodologies, such as PRINCE2. Through the execution of these tasks you will generate, develop and maintain strong working relationships with those who you will be in contact with over the process.

Our client is looking for a dedicated PMO Manager to maintain and develop a Governance structure for all Programmes and Projects to enable string focus on delivery and the reduction/mitigation of delivery risk. You will oversee the entire life cycle of these projects, from the initial drawing up of plans, all the way through to post mortem examinations of those projects/programmes.

The successful PMO Analyst needs to have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and superb interpersonal skills.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of working in a project management environment and enforcing project control
- Proven track record of delivering PMO services
- Strong understanding of risk management including the ability to put effective mitigations (controls) in place.
- Prince 2 or PMI-PMP Qualification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Management of individuals under Matrix management
