OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a PMO Lead, who has previous e xperience within Retail Banking. The individual is required to work on a sensitive programme through the mobilisation phase of the programme

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Ensure PMO activity is delivered seamlessly to all Programmes within their remit
- Direct management of 2 to 3 colleagues
- Build strong relationships with central and Embedded PMO team
- Providing Executive with comfort that all governance and PMO activities are world class
- Provide support services to the Snr Programme Manager as required

CORE SKILLS

- Evidence successful PMO Lead experience in a financial services organisation.
- Evidence of successfully managing a PMO team.
- D emonstrable ability to work in a cross division environment.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering consistent PMO services in a changing landscape
