THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PMO LEAD TO JOIN A LARGE PROGRAM IN A LONG TERM CONTRACT ROLE.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing the PMO. You will lead the running of the day to day project operations for the ERP program in line with program methodology, and be the 2IC to the ERP Program Director.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Development of realistic project plans and schedules
- Establishing priorities for critical project tasks
- Assigning tasks and coordinating resources
- Coordination and development of a comprehensive work plan for each project team
- Ensuring timely issue resolution and appropriate escalation
- Establishing and ensuring compliance with standards for project documentation and deliverables
- Running project team meeting as required

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE LEADING A RUNNING A PMO ON A LARGE SCALE ERP IMPLEMENTATION. You should have a hands on approach and will contribute to a diverse range of tasks based on project priories including project planning, scheduling and work planning, project status reporting, risks and issues management.

SELECTION CRITERIA

- Experience and certification in a recognised project management methodology (Prince 2, PMP)
- Experience with resource leveling and project scheduling using Gantt charts
- Experience managing direct and virtual teams to deliver project milestones
- High level of analytical and problem solving capability
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Skilled in the use of MS Office
