We are currently looking for a Project Assistant/PMO to support Project management on complex global projects/programmes.
Activities:
- focus on creating reports and financial overviews, on maintaining document management standards and on preparing project management documentation.
- responsible for managing risks and maintaining audit trails (decision logs).
- In order to work structured you monitor the overall planning. With your communication skills you take care of relationships with vendors and other external business partners.
- support the programme/project manager in applying project management methods and support in executing project plans and maintain insight in resource management.
- prepare meetings of the management team and coordinate the on boarding programme of project team members.
Skills required:
Good Powerpoint and Excel skills
Good PMO/junior PM experience
