PMO/Junior PM wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Profound background as PMO and sound understanding of project management
- Solid presentation skills as well as ability to conduct presentations comfortably
- Advanced MS Office toolset skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CA Clarity - OnePPM
- High affinity towards IT solutions and competency to work in a global and multicultural environment
- Practical knowledge in financial services and in providing service to internal stakeholders are desirable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the delivery team and project team with tracking and reporting the project plan
- Working with project managers to ensure reporting, documentation and project plans are available in SharePoint for management and stakeholders
- Preparing presentations for the senior management
- Communicating with project managers and stakeholders in a proactive way as well as contributing to the flow of communication within the project team by holding the team meetings
- Defining and developing the communication strategy
