PMO - French/Dutch/English Speaker

The PMO's mission is to work closely with the Program Manager and the various project/program leaders of the program,

- Coordinate and report on the progress of the activities and problems of the different project management teams and present the results in an optimized way.
- Present overall project progress to the steering committee.
- Follow up schedules and budget.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Keep documentation up-to-date.
- Manage the more administrative parts of the program.
- Context and purpose of the project

This role has come about as a result of required adaptation within the bank pf all computer applications.

Profile:

- Easy communication and communication both oral and written.
- Good formalization and presentation skills.
- Trilingual English, Dutch & French
- Strong persuasion and endurance.
- Ability to assimilate, analyze and synthesize.
- Result oriented.
- Effective organization of personal work.
- Demonstrates initiative.
- Has a critical mind.
- Teamplayer, able to work in a multi-project environment with many stakeholders.
- A mastery of project management methodologies.
- A mastery of planning tools (knowledge of "Clarity" and/or MS Project is a plus).
