Required skills and competencies:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in working in project environments;
- Strong PMO skills to provide structure and maintain oversight in a hectic international environment
- Be able to get things done even with headwind
- Strong communicator
- Fluency in English (Dutch would be preferred but is not required)
- Be able to take initiative to improve on existing structures or processes;
- Be able to work independently.
Big plus:
Knowledge of data management and governance;
Knowledge of privacy and/or GDPR;
Knowledge of basic UML to describe processes and system interactions
