PMO Finance Analyst

Working in this leading global organisation, and supporting the IT PMO you will be responsible for identifying and developing improvements, efficiencies or re-engineering opportunities, for all relevant transactions and processes. In conjunction with other finance managers, you will project manage the delivery of updated processes, including any change management activities. This will include monthly status reporting and overall delivery of project within required times frames.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Maintain and reconcile various balance sheet project related accounts
- Establish cost codes in financial systems as required
- Checking purchases to forecast and refer to Finance Manager
- Assist with tender preparation and operational reporting as required
- Reconciliation of project cost and budgets on an ongoing basis
- Prepare actual v budget and forecast reports

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Strong data entry skills
- Smartbuy experience highly regarded
- Accounts Payable experience
- Accounting experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid experience in financial process analysis and documentations
- Superior communication skills
