IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate and organise effectively the cross regional customer experience activities for highest impact and value for customer experience leaders across regional units
-Assist in the tracking of implementation of consistent approaches across different regions to build capability against the net promoter system and the customer centricity framework
-Coordinate the development of an NPS/customer experience toolkit of approaches that are appropriate in different situations and make knowledge as available as required
-Assist in the development of tools to demonstrate the link between NPS and customer value to demonstrate the value of customer experience improvement initiatives
-Support the management of a network of key stakeholders across regional units
-Create and provide reports on progress and performance against NPS targets for customer experience steering meetings
-Coordinate the process of setting and measuring NPS targets across regional units
-Set up and assist in the facilitation of regular customer experience CRO/CMO meetings/calls to ensure that the teams are properly coordinated, steered and that experiences are shared across the business
-Facilitate and report on CMO customer experience financial workflows against budget

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-State of the art programme management experience is required
-Experience in the development and delivery of marketing or customer experience capabilities
-Passionate belief in the importance of the delivery of excellent customer experience
-Outstanding influencing skills to persuade, motivate and influence programme teams across multiple regional units
-Strong intellect and ability to structure complex problems in a pragmatic and communicable fashion
-Exceptional written and verbal communication English language skills
-Profound IT skills (mainly MS Office)
-Solid MS Powerpoint skills
