PMO - Banking/Finance with Fluent German

PMO - Banking/Finance with fluent German wanted for one of our Zurich based clients in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years of working experience as a Project Officer, preferably within financial services
- Experience in a large scale international bank is a big plus
- Expertise in MS Office suite as well as JIRA
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and its processes besides very good knowledge of Software Design
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH AND GERMAN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing release planning duties, using MS Project and PPT
- Planning, regulating and adjusting time booking and budgeting along with managing the entire process of contracts from approval request to archiving
- Administrating and organizing status meetings and SDLC milestone meetings (incl. minutes)
- Working within Group Technology/Application Delivery specifically the centralized PMO pool to support different projects across Application Delivery and capability units
- Supporting project manager in general administrative tasks
