PMO/ASSISTANT CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Our client, in the financial industry, is currently seeking for an PMO/Support IT Contract Management.
TASKS:
Creating SOWs/Amendments by working with Line Managers
Creation of contract requests in clients Contract Management Tool
Support in "Requests for Proposal" (RFP) process for vacancies
Update of contract records and requests with current live status
Scanning and processing contract records
On boarding of new staff - Organisation of building access and new employee set-up
Obtaining Pre-Employment Screening documents for IT contract staff hire
Clean up and complete historic contract records where information is incorrect and/or incomplete
Support/Training to Line Managers and other stakeholders with process
Streamline of Contract Management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and ease of use for various stakeholders
SKILLS:
Knowledge und understanding of Contract Management life cycle
Organizational skills
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Presentation skills
Fluent in German and English
Good Microsoft Office knowledge
Quick to react to unforeseen requirements
