PMO | ARNHEM | 1 DAY/WEEK - 3MONTHS +

Square One are currently looking for a versatile PMO to work with our client, approximately 1 day/week for the next few months assisting them in the following areas:

- Support demand management in writing project charters and translation into detailed application requirements that fit the Marketing & Sales strategy
- Influence others with regards to the role and relevance of Solution Architecture in the business.
- Identify opportunities to build cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders on all levels
- Ensure solutions are compatible with the existing (technical) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability and establish impact assessment
- Translate requirements into solutions that apply to the Marketing & Sales-IT architecture (global) road-map
- Maintain and update the Marketing & Sales-IT landscape overview and explain the Marketing and sales functions the impact of requested changes and new projects to it
- Broad knowledge on one or more of the Marketing & Sales sub-domains: Market and Sell Products and Services, Manage Customer Service, Manage Sales orders, pricing, delivery and billing, Stores
- Active role in upcoming developments: Archiving, Reporting, Big Data, Social Media, mobile technology integration.
- Understanding of Marketing & Sales application data models, including Master Data Management (one single source of truth)
- Alignment with vendors of Marketing & Sales (SAAS) applications on fit for purpose for the Marketing and Sales processes and related integrations
- Work on Marketing & Sales application repository together with Marketing and Sales functions
