PMO ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS - IT INFRASTRUCTURE

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

A project delivering a strong communications infrastructure framework 121 communications, which automates many parts of the marketing campaign delivery process.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to work with the core project team (including many internal stakeholders and suppliers) to implement the core developments in the project centred around tightened IT infrastructure, reduced costs, and improved speed to market. The applicant will need to be flexible in terms of day to day activity but the main focus of the role is to manage project plans, tasks & reporting as well as being involved in some delivery aspects of the project as directed. 5 key deliverables are:

- Delivery of an integrated solution for storing and recalling customer communications
- Integration of the project with the digital paperless project
- Delivery of a formal training programme
- Delivery of a technical infrastructure to enable the requirements of the Detrimental Rate Change Product
- Simplification of existing delivery process
