Projektbeschreibung

PMO ANALYST REQUIRED BY LEADING RETAIL BANK TO WORK ON AN OPERATIONAL CHANGE PROJECT. THE ROLE IS BASED IN CRAWLEY AND UNTIL JUNE 2013 INITIALLY.

Purpose of the Programme
The division is responsible for the design, creation, delivery and management of document life cycle solutions across the Group and works in partnership with almost every business division and brand. The role is working as part of a major change programme, encompassing all services provided by Imaging Services, Document Composition and Print and co-ordination of various team and steering group meetings.
- Support Programme in the governance & control and assurance of overall delivery
- Support Programme in ensuring Programme level governance & control requirements (ie core risks, issues aggregated planning; budget management; etc) are captured and produce status reports as appropriate
- Support Programme in ensuring core Central PMO/programme documentation is stored/kept update on SharePoint
- Liaise with Programme Manager, Project Managers and team to ensure they are in line with overall programme governance planning; key deliverables; Change Management Principles
- Support the preparation and development of various key documents for Team Meetings, Programme Board, Steering Committee etc
- Provide support to the team in terms of planning, budgets and RAID management
- Support Programme in the co-ordination of the reporting requirements
- Provide input and support in the co-ordination and management of the programme budget
- Provide support to the Programme Planner providing cover where/when necessary
- Assist in the on boarding process for new starters.

CORE SKILLS

- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
- Experience of creating and maintaining detailed project plans across multiple work areas/packages across the project workstreams
- Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines including change management, Risk & Issue Management and dependency management
- Ability to manage changing work priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Previous experience in working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
- Previous experience of multi million pound change programmes
- Experience of planning on large change programmes/projects

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Strong stakeholder & relationship management skills
- Previous experience in integration and divestment/carve out projects & programmes
