COMPANY OVERVIEW:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project budget tracking
- Responsible for monthly program (consists of several projects) budget forecast process and track the variances.
- Alert the PMs on possible deviations in the forecast vs actuals
- Track the weekly status reports
- Analyze the status reports and follow-up PMs on the actual status
- Prepare monthly project level status reports and Exec Steering Co slide decks
- Manage the staffing list for the program
- Create the Change Requests for the Program when needed
- Execute the other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager
Job Qualifications:
- MS Office (Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint)
- Two (2) years of Budget Management Experience
- Two (2) years Project Analyst Experience
- Four (4) years of experience with communication and presentation
- Certification in MS Office
Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Any finance related certifications is a plus
- PMO Project Coordinator certification is desirable, but not a must
