Projektbeschreibung
PMO Analyst required to work for my client, a leading financial services company, based on the outskirts of Dublin.
This is a PMO Analyst role, rather than just project support and admin, so you will be responsible for managing the governance, coordination of project status, reporting, financials and management of operational programme initiatives for multiple projects and workstreams that make up a large change programme.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Programme/Project Managers to deliver all projects within the Programme portfolio
- Communicating the PMO Methodology, standards and techniques to the appropriate staff.
- Developing best practices, techniques and tools for project planning
- Ongoing tracking and monitoring of budgets and Change Requests across the programme.
- Accepting and assessing status reports and drafting of exec reports and MI
- Tracking and monitoring all project milestones and deliverables
- Conducting Project post mortems and creating recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Tracking and reporting resource utilisation and supporting resource management
- Maintain all project documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the programme
This is an important role on the programme and we are looking for people with previous experience working in a large Financial/IT Project Office. You will need excellent communications skills and stakeholder management skills as well as ideally some experience working with tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
