PMO Analyst - CBD Location - 6 Months Contract

In your brand new role you will be responsible for

- Support the development/improvement of governance processes
- Support the PMO Manager
- Work with Project, Program, Service Delivery Managers and IT Managers to ensure that the PMO accountabilities in the project governance processes are met
- Work with Project Managers and other stakeholders to embed a quality and process driven culture' within the ICT Projects
- Manage and control core PMO processes including change management process, deliverables acceptance processes (Primary), project reporting, financial management and resource management
- Develop PMO reporting capability that enables exceptions management
- Analyse, develop and recommend PMO solutions across the various PMO disciplines

The ideal candidate will have

- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SharePoint Administration skills
- Relevant qualifications with applied experience in field of expertise
- Broad range of PMO experiences, including Change Management, Deliverables
- Can do attitude
