PMO Analyst

I am urgently recruiting for a PMO Analyst for a 3 month contract based in Oxford (with the possibility of extension).

The main purpose of this role is to support the Senior PMO and Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a new critical programme of work. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting senior IT managers and coordinating several large, complex programmes to tight schedules.

This role requires careful coordination and close communication across all functions of the business. You will act as the first point of contact for all queries relating to weekly/ monthly programme reports and be highly competent with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

You will be responsible for formulating and circulating agendas and action lists, attending meetings (taking minutes), reporting and communicating on project milestones to the wider business (as required), organising workshops (ensuring the correct resources are available), and circulating meeting notes to the relevant people. You will also be responsible for the recording of all Risks, Issues, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions and Dependencies Logs.

My client is looking for someone who is extremely organised, hardworking and able to consistently deliver work to a high standard. Any candidates with previous/ recent NHS/ Healthcare experience will be preferred for interview however this is not essential.
