PMO Analyst

A new exciting contract opportunity has come available to work as a PMO ANALYST with a large company that provides organizations around the world with information services and solutions for managing risk, achieving compliance and driving business improvements. The role is reporting to a newly established PMO manager setting up standards and focusing on compliance process and project governance.

THE ROLE:

- Assisting as required with PMO planning activities relating to scheduling.
- Development and maintenance of data and spread sheets associated with cost/benefit and demand modelling.
- Maintenance of various PMO controls and Registers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Experience in scheduling complex programs and projects, ideally within a PMO.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and objectives.
- Understanding of the program and project management life cycle and controls.
- Customer focussed with strong service ethic.
- Collaborative and pragmatic individual who is self motivated and results driven.
- Excellent communication skills. Good problem solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and concern for quality.
- Actively develops good working relationships with all clients and stakeholders and is motivated by the shared experience of working towards a common goal.
