Project Management Office (PMO)

One of our clients is looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) for a long-term contract of 12months +. The ideal start date is 3rd of October but flexible for the right PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO).

The PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) will be responsible for the following;

- Provide project support and work alongside the project or program manager
- Setup and quality control of Clarity, including gates, phases, and disciplines, support project or program managers on this matter.
- Support the project or program manager for the capacity and resource planning, highlight capacity issues
- Support the Fixed Price subcontracting process during its execution - ie management of the inventory of On Demand Requests (ODR) and Documents Of Understanding (DOU), follow-up of invoicing/delays/issues/quality indicators, support for the forecasting process.
- Follow-up and monitoring of budget
- Setup and management of SharePoints
- Preparation of reports and presentations on above topics
- Other ad hoc tasks related to project or program administration (eg meeting minutes, document management, preparation of meetings, )
- Principal responsibilities:
- Portfolio management
- Familiar with Project management processes and tools
- Strong expertise in MS Office
- Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language, Dutch or French
