BASED IN DUBLIN. IMMEDIATE START. CONTRACT.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the PMO Support is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of programme governance and support. PMO Support collates milestone status and maintains the overall programme plan. The individual must have demonstrable PMO set-up and administration experience and have a minimum of 5 years project management experience (ideally within the Financial Services or banking industry). Project cost control, reporting and stakeholder management experience is essential.

* Demonstrated PMO set-up and administration experience

. Business Transformation programme experience

. Interfacing with multiple workstream and vendor project managers

* Risk, Issue and Change management

* Programme status reporting

* Budget management

* Excellent skills in Stakeholder management

* Must have a recognized project management accreditation ie Prince2/PMI

Roles & Responsibilities

- Managing all PMO functions for the Programme
- Adherence to internal eircom PMO/Compliance audit standards
- Set-up, development and maintenance of Sharepoint ePM programme site linked to individual workstream sites
- Attendance at programme status meetings, documenting and issuing minutes and updating the programme actions log.
- Maintains document version control on Sharepoint
- Prepares weekly programme status reports and key stakeholder presentations
- Reports on multiple programme workstreams and tracks all changes to scope, budget and delivery timelines.
- Responsible for programme quality, audit and compliance standards.
- PMO communication to all programme stakeholders and issuance of document version updates etc.
- Responsible for the development and improvement of process, procedures and policy, to ensure the programme's effectiveness.
- Responsible for Risk, Issue and Change management at Programme/PMO level.
- Excellent project management skills
- MS Sharepoint development experience
- MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to manage programme scope through formal change management process
- Excellent teamwork, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
