PM Service Manament Tool (ITIL)

We are currently searching for a PROJECT MANAGER in Geneva area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-national client.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

REQUIRED PROFILE:

- University Degree
- PMP, Prince 2 certification desirable
- Certified ITIL Foundation v3
- ITIL V3 Expert certification desirable
- Fluent in French and English

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Strong skills regarding ITIL Processes
- Strong skills regarding Remedy Product
- Facilitation and communication skills
- Able to manage and coordinate actions, risks and dependencies within a multicultural environment.
- Can be onboard rapidly and quickly
- Capable of dealing with very tight schedules
- Remains focused at all times
- Goal oriented

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Implementation of ITIL Processes
- Projects Management regarding Remedy Integration
- Banking industry background

SOFT SKILLS:

- Good presentation (Private Banking)
- Capacity to strictly respect confidentiality
- Proficiency in French (oral & written)
- Proficiency in English (oral & written)
- Customer focused, service and quality

KEY DELIVERABLES:

- Manage all internal and external stakeholders
- Assess and prioritize tasks based on capacity, feasibility, risk and planning
- Define all ITIL Process in collaboration with I&O and Business
- Define all Business and technical requirements
- Definition of the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for projects, and manage implementation and delivery
- Costs and efforts estimation
- Ensure adequate communication
- Respect the technical architecture and infrastructure standards (I&O standards)
