A large well known PHARMACEUTICAL firm, based in Basel, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a leading role in their SERVICENOW implementation project. This role would suit an interested and enthusiastic professional PHARMA PROJECT MANAGER who is looking to take their career to the next level. ROLE
- Playing a Project Management role in the company's transition for REMEDY TO SERVICENOW
- Defining and implementing DATA GOVERNANCE AND DATA QUALITY MODELS for the project.
- Key oversight of RECORD TRACKING and DATA MANAGEMENT related activities on the project.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 8 YEARS' experience as a PM in a similar role, (REMEDY TO SERVICE NOW), with a BIG PHARMA
- Certified ITIL practitioner. The project is being run under ITIL principles.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools, eg ROD AND SNOW.
- Proven ability to work in teams to tight deadlines.
- Fluent written and spoken ENGLISH
