Planning Enforcement Officer Waste/Minerals

Sand Resources have an immediate need for an experienced Enforcement officer ideally with local government experience.The role would act as Enforcement Officer for compliance and monitoring as part of the Planning Team which deals with mineral and waste development management and investigating and resolving breaches of planning control. I would be looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a positive and progressive attitude towards planning compliance and enforcement, and with the right experience to undertake all aspects of this work, including compliance checking, investigations, taking formal action and the handling of appeals and prosecutions. the required candidate will ideally have enforcement experience, ideally within a minerals and waste background.
