Client is looking for enthusiastic Scheduling & Planning Administrator.

Role details are as follows:

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in Scheduling and Planning with preferable experience in Primavera Implementation

Job Description:

- Provide project planning and scheduling expertise and leadership for a global organization
- Implement consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying project sizes, scope, and needs
- Establish operational rhythm for project scheduling and resource management processes
- Translate business requirements for planning, scheduling, and resource management into Primavera solutions
- Work as a business partner with leaders, customers and users to evaluate and innovate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions.
- Share knowledge and experience through process improvement, training, and mentoring
- Identify process, performance, productivity, and other improvements, and work with various levels of the organization to plan and deliver those improvements
- Promote consistency across the businesses
- Communicate standards, policies & compliance requirements
- Maintain business process documentation up to date
- Work in a geographically and culturally diverse organization
- Proficiency in English and French is a must
