Planner Scheduler

A global provider of engineering, construction and operations services is currently seeking a Planning & Scheduling Specialist responsible for effectively and proactively managing, controlling, and reporting on the cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization in the Denver, CO, area. This is a 5 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates only. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for assigned cost control and cost engineering functions on the project
- Develop project schedules
- Provide financial reporting and analysis for internal and external monthly reports
- Integrate project budget and schedule to forecast cash flow requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years experience with a proven background in the execution of cost engineering in the EPC industry and experience in cost control and scheduling
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Primavera and SureTrak
