Planner or Planning Engineer

Due to on going capital projects my client has an opportunity for an experienced planner to join on a long term contract basis based at Heathrow. My client can offer 12 month rolling contracts paying £350/day.

- 5-10 years experience and preferably within: construction and airports.
- You will be responsible for planning varies projects and their management of activities
- Provide a robust approach to Programme & Project Controls
- Provide a standard framework to integrate programme and cost management
- Ensure alignment with other Programme Controls processes for Time Management, Commercial/Cost Management, Change Management, Performance Measurement and Risk & Opportunity Management
- Apply the principles of Strategic Baseline Management and Performance Measurement Baselines
- Chair progress Meetings with suppliers to discuss interfaces and interface milestones.

You will be working as part of a team on site but will have a large amount of autonomy over individual projects.

You will be using Primavera P6 and will be expected to be able to use data to analyse and discuss.
