PL/SQL - OBIEE - Copenhagen - Oracle PL/SQL technical consultant to support OBIEE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Figure out how and where access control is to be done when we come across the information warehouse.
- Do we need row level security - possibly when - if so, how it should be done - in the database or in OBIEE?
- How is it done? - we need to move to single sign on - or that you log on to the database with the same user as you log into OBIEE?
- The impact it will have, for example, for our web services and performance - New web services + how we make aliases of them, so they always point to the server running on (right now pointing some web services from our dev environment for database prod environment)
- Familiarize themselves with the adjustment and the Framework to ensure that we know exactly how it works - and make changes if there are some
- Find out how we make a generic setup to write back. How much code should be with us ( in CMDWBI ) and how much should lie with CI team
- Find out how we can make an OBIEE email distribution setup that works and meets the rules we have in the bank (+ figure out what the rules are for us - what are the must have/nice to have)
- Acquaint yourself how to use the query cache in OBIEE - how does it work and how do we use the best
