PL / SQL Developer - Oracle - Dutch Speaking

My customer are a global IT Services company and they are looking to recruit a PL/SQL developer ideally with Oracle (11g, 10g, 9i) databases applications. Any experience on large database development (Oracle Database), other RDBMS eg MS SQL Server or DB2 experience with tuning and optimising performance on Back End process, complex SQL, PL/SQL packages and Analytic SQL. Your responsibilities could include: Producing system designs showing processes, objects, dataflows, inputs, stored data and outputs. Design, creation, testing and documentation of new and amended programs from specifications. Plans, designs and tests of programs, correct errors and re-tests. Document all work to required standards, methods, tools The successful candidate will have strong interpretation skills enabling the conversion of a written functional specification into a technical deliverable with full documentation. The role will involve liaising with both the functional experts and end users of the solution thus requiring the successful candidate to demonstrate good communication skills with both technical and non technical members of staff. The successful candidate will be comfortable with working in an orderly and methodical style. A large amount of success of projects will be based around their own technical ability; an even larger part will revolve around the individual's ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks. It is essential that you have Dutch written and spoken skills.
