PL/SQL Developer

The Programmer Analyst position primarily supports the customers and processes that support the US data validation and cleansing application and the transaction level detail application. Customers of this data include Supply Chain, Global Data Warehouse, and Item Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
- Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
- Interacts with business users and IT to define current and future application requirements.
- Translates business needs into technical solutions.
- General application and business support.
- Maintains on call support.
- Client interaction.
- Answers business questions.
- Works with the outsourced infrastructure team on issues, enhancements, and upgrades related to the system.
- Gathers and documents business and technical requirements.
- Creates change requests and incidents.
- Creates and/or reviews technical documents.

SKILLS

Requires 3-5 years designing and coding experience. Additional skills needed: PL/SQL, Visio expertise, MS Office Suite expertise, strong understanding of system development life cycle, experienced testing background with a high attention to detail, and customer focus.
