PL/SQL Analyst Programmer

PL/SQL Analyst Programmer - Our client, a leading consultancy is looking for a PL/SQL Analyst Programmer to work onsite at a European Bank in Brussels. As PL/SQL Analyst Programmer you will deliver high quality technical specifications, convert functional designs into technical ones and program existing applications to produce information processing solutions which meet the needs of the business provider. You will work on different projects where PL/SQL is requested for implementation and Java knowledge will be highly advantageous.

Your role will consist of analysing requirements, solution design, defining technical frameworks, solution delivery and support, editing and reusing assets and solution testing. You will program new applications and changes to existing applications, and convert the functional analysis into a technical analysis. You will input during the initiation phase of projects, support in reuse of application and update technical documentation.

PL/SQL technical skills required:

- Technical background in programming
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL
- J2EE, JPA, Spring or GWT all advantageous
- French or Dutch language skills also beneficial
- Financial services experience
