Projektbeschreibung

Engineering client is looking for a Pipe Stress Engineer with 7-30+ years of experience for a 2-4+ month contract assignment. You need specific experience as a Pipe Stress Engineer using AutoPIPE software in support of steam piping for power plant EPC projects. Our client prefers candidates that are local to the Atlanta Metro area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform pipe stress calculations on power plant steam piping using AutoPIPE software
- Prepare material requisitions for piping commodities and piping mechanical specialty items

REQUIREMENTS

- 7-30+ years of experience as a Pipe Stress Engineer supporting power plant, pulp & paper, or similar steam plant EPC projects
- You must be proficient with performing stress analysis using AutoPIPE software
- You need a solid understanding of the ASME codes & standards associate with power plant steam piping (B31.1)
