Piping Material Engineer (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Developing valve datasheets, coordinating the piping design and piping stress groups
-Review and clarification of vendor quotations for valve & piping components and writing technical evaluations, stress analysis of stress critical piping systems, development of Piping Special’s SP-Datasheets
-Review and approve technical requisition documents to allow piping materials to be enquired uponreviewing vendor documentation for all piping related aspects; writing Valve Datasheets (ball, globe, check, double block & bleed & gate)
-Input into HAZOP, HAZID, design & risk analysis reviews
-Overseeing the integration of the piping design into the PDMS model
-Writing technical and design reports for the individual piping systems, to prove the design meets the project's operational and safety functional requirements
-Developing material specifications for the individual piping systems, including valve types, fabrication methods and piping material selection procedures

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Piping specialist
-Experience in plant engineering

and quality management
-Oil and Gas background
