PI-PC Data Leader Job

DATA LEADER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WAUWATOSA, WI.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Database or system administration experience
- Experience in database backup, recovery, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Production support to database applications

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Activities will consist of but not limited to user account setup, IDM WorkFlow definition and improvement as well as consistent data administration across the platforms.
- The Data Leader will work with the Product Controllership Team as well as with other functions and platforms within the Product Controllership Program's scope (STO, QRM, ITO, GSC, Service, IT ) to collaboratively achieve the overall goal of Product Controllership deployment.
- Analysis of design and implementation plans to determine appropriate tests and test suites that need to be developed and executed.
- Understand Product Controllership Design, System implementations and data flows
- Handle user access request mechanisms and account setups for Pega PCL/COP and other Track platforms
- Own and improve processes around user training records and platform accesses
- Own and improve processes around data management for the Track
- Partner with the IDM teams to establish common digitized user access request processes
- Identify master data disconnects between various systems, develop and execute plans to remediate gaps.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of work experience in database or system administration inclusive of a minimum of one (1) year of experience with database backup, recovery, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated ability to provide production level support to enterprise class mission critical database applications.
- Ability to work within a diverse, technically oriented, cross-functional team.
- Strong technical and project leadership skills
- The ability to quickly absorb new changes in computer technologies is necessary
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks as well as attention to details is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills.
